This podcast highlights the underlying psychological process that drives humans to change our habits, including fear, anxiety, experience, etc. By understanding our own minds, we would then be able to explore why the action towards fixing climate change has been relatively stagnant even though we have scientific data as proof. The podcast then ends on how we could utilize this understanding of the human psyche to help hasten and promote environmentally-friendly changes as well as combat climate denialism in order to save the Earth's well-being before it reaches its tipping point.

Podcast Overview:

The concept of "Climate Anxiety" is explored, discussing how to handle this overwhelming global issue whilst potential solutions for climate change are studied. In what ways you can mitigate the impacts of our warming globe, how you can take action and live a green and sustainable lifestyle is suggested to reduce Climate Anxiety and explore the mindset.

"Our present ego-feeling is, therefore, only a shrunken residue of a much more inclusive—indeed, an all-embracing—feeling which corresponded to a more intimate bond between the ego and the world about it." - Sigmund Freud
